They are hiring an administrative assistant to support their Controller and to provide support to other leaders in the office.

 

Key Responsibilities Are:

  • Administrative support to the Controller and President;
  • Documentation management
    • Maintain and coordinate project files;
    • Payment applications;
    • Compliance.
  • Project correspondence;
  • Task management for office projects;
  • Communication with clients, building officials and suppliers;
  • Manage purchase orders;
  • Manage change orders;
  • Manage Certificates of Insurance (COI’s) for subs/vendors;
  • Manage liens and lien releases.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, Associate or Bachelors in related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative support;
  • Excellent knowledge and experience using MS Office products.
